Fridhem retreat center surrounded by the wonderful Swedish forest and a lake. The training includes delicious vegetarian/vegan food & accommodation in a private room, double room, dorm or camping.

After 14 days with us you will feel a great difference in holding space for others and a richer understanding of the wide spectrum of the Acro practice.
Becoming a teacher, facilitator and space holder is an ongoing process which does not start or end with any teacher training program. Our intention is to offer an empowering boost to your path of deepening and sharing your Acro wisdom.

Transport to Fridhem, book your train to "HEDEMORA" here www.sj.se. It’s a 2h train ride from Stockholm city. We will collect you at the train station.
Pre - requisties
We’re so excited to have you join our TT and with that said we have high standards because we plan to level up your private acro practice and your teaching practice. This TT is taught at an intermediate level. You must meet a certain level of proficiency in your acro practice before you’re accepted in our TT.
To assure that each student is at a similar experience level and can get the maximum out of the intensive training both acro skill wise and to be able to receive all the teaching tools!
Students must have been practicing acro for at least six months or a year before the start of the teacher training!
We ask for pre-requisites to ensure you have a foundation that you can grow from.
The pre-requisites are meant to show us where you are currently in your practice. You do not need to have mastered all of the skills perfectly, but should have some successful attempts at each one of them.
Have a passion & enthusiasm to share AcroYoga with others as a practitioner and a teacher. Develop your unique way of doing so with the support of this training. Connected to the Acro spirit of trust, support & playfulness!

Basing or flying: bird, throne, straddle throne, star, back plank, side star, f2h
Handstand 30 sec against the wall
Basic sequences and skills such as
Washing machines such as:
Ninja star
Barrel roll
High Barrel roll
Biglemoi
cartwheel -> straddle bat
star -> straddle bat

Back leaf -> straddle bat
It’s also great if you have experience from yoga or other types of movement such as dance, martial arts, gymnastics. It is also great if you have experience as a teacher in any area of life.
Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made before 15th of April 2025 will be refundable, minus admin of 500sek. Cancellations made between 15th of April and 15th of May will require a medical certificate and are refundable by 50% minus admin cost. After May 15th no refunds are available.

With 16 years of experience, she co-founded AcroYoga Stockholm with Tobias Strollo in 2009. Now, she runs The Acro Way Teacher Training and major festivals in Europe like Summerdream Fest (Italy), Acro Mallorca Fest, Belonging Festival (Sweden), and AcroYoga Midsummer Festival (Sweden).❤️
⭐️Jacob got into gymnastics when he was sixteen and later a friend introduced him to partner acrobatics. By 2012 he had practically dedicated his life to movement arts. He loved how all acrobatics moves are like puzzles which you work out with your friends. In 2014 he became a certified Acro Revolution teacher. Since then he has taught classes, workshops, festivals, you name it, all over the world. He runs a website where you can quickly look up Acro moves called jacobbrownacro.com. 2023 he joined forces with and Gabi Acro to create The Acro Way Teacher Training.
