TEACHING & SAFETY TOOLS
Dive into teaching methodology workshops to gain the skills and confidence to lead AcroYoga classes, jams, or privates. We’ll cover how to plan sessions, support diverse learners, and embody the role of facilitator.
Learn best practices in spotting and safety - training includes hands - on application across various acro styles, so you’ll leave with a strong foundation in both technique and responsibility.
COMMUNITY & EXTRAS
Daily jams, evening rituals, and connection practices bring the group together in play and trust. You’ll also explore how to grow your AcroYoga community with workshops on heart-centered marketing and social media strategy.
We sprinkle in fun excursions like Swedish sauna nights, kayaking to tiny magical islands, and surprise evening events. A photoshoot is also included to capture the memories and your acro evolution.

PREREQUISITES
This is an intermediate-level training. We aim to build a solid, supportive group for a deep dive into both practice and teaching. You should have:
6–12 months consistent AcroYoga practice
Able to base or fly bird, throne, star, side star, back plank
Experience with flows like Ninja Star, Barrel Roll, or Big Lemoi
30-second wall handstand
Bonus if you have a background in yoga, dance, or movement arts

MEET YOUR TEACHERS
GABI is a Swedish AcroYogi who believes safety is the foundation for joy, growth, and flight. With 16 years of community building experience, she co-founded AcroYoga Stockholm and runs The Acro Way Teacher Training, along with festivals, Acro Mallorca Fest, AcroYoga Midsummer and Belonging Festival.
JACOB is a globally loved acrobat known for his creativity and uplifting spirit. Starting with gymnastics at 16, he became an Acro Revolution teacher in 2014 and has inspired thousands through performances, festivals, and his platform jacobbrownacro.com. He co-founded The Acro Way TT with Gabi and brings heart, skill, and energy to every class.
